Nature Cleanse is all natural so I knew there were no side effects. I am happy to report a weight loss of 9 pounds in 1 week. I noticed my bowel movements have increased in volume and size. The Natural colon cleanser is actually working. I have included a short walk around the neighborhood and as soon as I am done I feel I have to go. I say that the Nature Cleanse and the acai berry cleanser which I got will help me reach my target goal of 22 lbs in about 2 months.
